Request Refs for Your Scrimmage

Home teams are responsible for scheduling referees. If the home team is a District 8 team, find the referee assigner for your association and click on their email. An email will pop up with the information needed to request refs for your scrimmage. Limit one scrimmage request per email.

All information requested in the email MUST be filled out completely.

The referee assigner will receive your request and assign officials. You should receive a response within 24-48 hours from the assigner with email confirming your request.

NOTE - If you have issues with the email links below; copy the email address, subject and scrimmage information and paste into a new email.

Your team is responsible for paying the referees. To view the scrimmage pay rates for referees click here.

To pay the refs, you will need to bring two blank checks (unless you know referee's name prior) or cash to scrimmage to pay the refs prior to the start of the game.
